what I do
I have always had a passion for learning, writing and talking!
And throughout my life I have been fortunate to hold a number of roles and jobs which have allowed me to share this love of learning and to pass that learning onto others.
I have an MA in English Literature, an MLitt in Women, Culture and Society, a Diploma in Life Coaching, a Teacher’s Certificate in Meditation and a Practitioner's Diploma in NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming).
Today, I am happy to describe myself as a multi-genre writer, self-coaching coach and perpetual student; dabbler in yoga and pilates, lover of books and movies, and addicted to audiobooks and Yorkshire Tea!
Much of my coaching work is developed with one simple aim in mind: to inspire others to embrace the power of self-coaching.
My passion for self-coaching is built upon my belief that anyone who seeks to find a more creative, fulfilling, and intuitive way to live can do so.
A way to live that cares about and protects your mental and physical health, develops your integrity, embraces your values and breathes life into your aspirations.
And, as if that wasn’t enough – the knock-on effect of these significant and positive changes will not only benefit you but also those closest to you and beyond!

Tackling Tolerations Workshop (NEW 2023 DATES COMING SOON)
"The happiness of most people we know is not ruined by great catastrophes or fatal errors, but by the repetition of slowly destructive little things." Ernest Dimnet
Just understanding that you may be tolerating situations that are bad for you is a start in itself, and can be a bit of a lightbulb moment.
You may have been feeling drained, wondered where all the joy went, but couldn’t quite put your finger on the cause(s).
And the sneaky thing about tolerations is that they are often compromises that you’ve talked yourself into accepting - so you might need to dig around a bit to weed them out.
This 2 hour+ workshop will explore:
- What are tolerations?
- Where do they come from?
- How to identify them?
- How to categorize them?
- How to tackle them?
AIMS: To develop your own plan as to what, when and how you will start to tackle the tolerations you have identified.
To develop your own plan to prioritize your self-care.
To laugh and have some fun along the way!
PRICE: £39
Follow-up email support will be available.
